Lemon Garlic Chicken Kabobs require just the right dessert.
One of the easiest is Vanilla Pudding with raspberries. The visual, textural and tart/sweet contrasts make this a royal dessert.
Whip up one package of vanila pudding. Put in small glasses and chill.
Thaw package of frozen raspberries.
Scoop raspberries on top of pudding. Add a little raspberry juice.
The tartness of the raspberries makes the vanilla pudding taste even sweeter.
