I once received in the mail (US Mail, not email) a promotional offer. The offer includes a nice little pocket knife with my company name engraved onit. I think they wanted me to buy more knifes to give to clients. But I'm not sure, because every word of accompanying literature was in Spanish.
"Wow, thanks for the knife. Too bad I don't know who to thank." Knife into pocket, Spanish more advanced than my 25-year-old high school spanish into the trash can.
