Common SenseNone Too Soon.
After fumbling with the seatbelt, my pocket, my money clip in my too small for driveup windows car, it becomes apparent to me that we need an RFID payment process for fast food drive-throughs1. One of these days the fast food2 companies or credit card companies are going to realize that handling all that money is costly, passes germs, and is generally a pain in the butt. The Illinois iPass and the Florida ePass proves that the technology works.
1 I was at Boston Market so its "better" fast food. Yes I'm a fast food snob.
2 McDonalds may already do this with the Mobil Speedpass.

McDonald's doesn't accept Mobil Speedpass anymore. They will accept your debit/credit card however. That kind of creeps me. Using your debit/credit card to pay for McDonald's. At least my Speedpass was linked to my Upromise account so I got something out of it.
