I have no clue what this plant is, I'm guessing it is actually some sort of succulent. It has low long pointy green leaves with a white edge with spikes, a long 2' stem and these rather small red pod like flowers. Put that in your search engine and see what you come up witn!
Ever go to a site with descriptions of flowers but no pictures? Talk about not having a clue.

I agree with Meg it sure looks like Aloe Vera to me. Must be a highbird line.

Aloe arborescens?.
Hardly matters what its name is, the photography is spectacular. Wow again.
