I've been reading designing with web standards by Jeffry Zeldman. It all became clear while reading that <div> stands for division. I finally figured out exactly what is supposed to be happening in our web sites and what in a lot of cases isn't.

I'm just going to finish up the last chapter or two and I will be presenting a more throurough book report. Then there will be a test. It all makes sense to me now.
