FYINational Garlic Day

Today is National Garlic Day. There does not appear to be any official records on who decided it should be today but it apparently is. Maybe it was the great decider his self who decided it it today. Anyway, garlic is good, it's nice that it has a day.

Too funny, who would know it was garlic day if we didn't read blogs. Gettin' out the garlic cookbook and going for it. 40 clove chicken ;-)
