Weird WebStuffCheap Tricks Blog Style
I subscribe to a number of Photography related blogs through Bloglines. On of them was PhotographyBlog, but not any more. Their cheap trick of putting a link to an advertisement in the middle of their content that would, on any other sit, link to the subject of the content. Not only that but if you hover over the link an pop up advertisement window displays hiding the content. Case in point; this article on Harry Benson becoming an Kingston Icon of Photography. Click on the first link. It takes you to Dell's website not to the Kingston site. Further down the article (remembering that Kingson makes memory cards) is the linked word memory which when click leads you to another one of their advertisers. It also appears that the links change each time you refresh the page. Instant broken links, instant broken trust.
PhotographyBlog unsubscribed.

I noticed this at many of the gadget-oriented sites.
