Questions With No AnswerHiding Out In The Rose Garden
I'm not sure of what to make of the video behind this link. Does anyone have any clue why Dick Chaney would be hanging out in the bushes (is that a pun) at the Rose Garden? The other strange thing is there are absolutly no other people in this scene just W and Chaney. What, no handlers, spin doctors, lobyists, or larger contributors getting to spend the night at the WH. Nope, they apparently have pared the Federal Government down to just two people and one is hiding out in the Rose Garden.

Good an answer as any. In Texas, that would not be an unusual sight on any given ranch or ranchette, but the Whitehouse Rose Garden?

He had just taken a leak on the bushes (pun intended) and got caught. Here he is frozen in fear wondering how much the photographer actual captured and thinking of what might happen to the video. He is one strange dude...
That's my theory and I'm sticking to it...
