Can someone explain to me how one becomes Jet Lagged traveling only one time zone. One of these days I will figure this out as well a bunch of the things that I don't understand. One of these days. Just had a scary thought, what if there are things that just can't be figured out. Nah, everything has an explaination except maybe tags. I don't think there is a good reason for tags.
