Just read Suw Charman's post about being put in a bad position by the known fact that credit cards expire and may cause some discomfort when you leave it to your vendor to let you know in a timely manner.

One point mentioned was that while on the phone with big ISP customer service, she was warned but was not given the opportunity to opt out of having her conversation recorded for "training" purposes. I like the idea of demanding that they turn off the recording or allow the lowly customer to also record the session. Amazing that I have never thought twice about the recording of the calls for "training".

Suw, good luck finding a good big ISP. For it is known fact that the worst thing for a big company is to actually have to provide customer service.
