  • Space Station Sighting Stuff: The space station is falling around the earth at something like 17,000 miles per hour. Occasionally it will be overhead just as the sun is setting. Today was such a day as the station was on the right path. It came out of the south west as a suddenly bright light and crossed almost overhead. It was visible for almost 5 minutes. It was exciting to see. Not often that you get to see man made objects flying along in outer space.
  • Cute Baby Sighting Stuff: The Disney Parks Blog has a picture of the newest baby at Disney's Animal Kingdom. The new western lowland gorilla and mom are doing well. [Link]
