Fender Mustang 1

Since I bought my Telecaster over a year ago I've often toyed with the idea of getting an amplifier for it. While using USB i could connect the guitar directly to my computer or iPad and using Garageband could play a bit but I found it a bit awkward. So I decided to get an amplifier. I really didn't do a lot of shopping because I found a nice little Fender Mustang amplifier for a really good price.

Boy amplifiers have come a long way since, well, when I was a boy. The Mustang has a bunch of presets so you it can reproduce the sounds of a number of amplifiers. It is really rather remarkable. The amplifier comes with software that allows you to tweak the sounds almost without end. Much to be explored. I've only had the amp for a couple of hours and I am in love with it.

The amp has an earphone jack, a build in tuner, and a number of dials and lights. The sound coming out of it is pretty remarkable. Well worth the price of admission.
