There were quite a number of Constitutional Amendments on the Florida Ballot this year. They were no where near what would actually constitute an amendment. At most they were things that could be laws maybe. The one that shouldn't be either was the one that wanted to change the Constitution to allow public funds to be directed to churches. That one should be neither.

If there was a Constitutional Amendment i'd like to see passed it would be one that would not allow political advertisements to be shown on any persons TV after they early voted.
