Goldfish Meatloaf

Usually we put a bit of bread into our meatloaf when we are mixing up the ingredients. Tonight to be different we tried goldfish. Not the swim in water kind but the Xtra Cheddar Cheese type of goldfish. She broke them up a bit as she added them. Turned out pretty good. I imagine Goldfish Meatloaf might go over pretty well with the munchkins.
